Last week Dr. Liggett and his wife Heather (who is a dental hygienist) were on a dental mission trip in Jamaica. This was Dr. Liggett’s 15th trip to Jamaica to do dental work. They were able to see well over 600 patients, extracting over 700 teeth, making over 150 dentures and partials, and performing over 200 cleanings. They were working out of Kingston, Jamaica this time in a very impoverished area. His team consisted of a group of dentists, hygienists, assistants, and laboratory technicians, from Florida and Mississippi.
