About Our Arkansas Cosmetic Dental Team

Bradley D. Becker, DDS
Dr. Becker hails from Fort Smith. He graduated cum laude with a BS degree from the University of Central Arkansas and summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee, where he obtained his DDS and was valedictorian of his class. Dr. Becker began practicing dentistry in 2004 and joined River Valley Smile Center in 2005.

Professional Membership and Awards
As a member of the American Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Becker stays current with leading trends in general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry. He has won awards in maxillofacial surgery, periodontology, and oral pathology. Dr. Becker maintains membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon and Alpha Omega International dental fraternities. He was named 2008 Volunteer Dentist of the Year for his work at Fort Smith’s Community Dental Clinic.

Family Life & Hobbies
Dr. Becker is married with one daughter, one son, and another child on the way! He enjoys architecture, reading, driving sports cars, and participating in outdoor activities. Dr. Becker is a fan of Arkansas Razorback athletics.

Audry Nichols, dental hygienist, received her degree in dental hygiene from The University of Arkansas at Fort Smith in 2003. She has been a member of our team since 2006. Audrey’s professional affiliations include the American Dental Hygienists’ Society and the Arkansas State Dental Association. She loves our positive, upbeat environment and values the opportunity to improve patients’ oral and overall health through quality care. Audrey and her husband, Jeff, have one young daughter. When not helping patients, Audrey enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, running, shopping, and watching her daughter grow!

Jane Foster Stauffer, registered dental hygienist, began her career in 1972 and joined our practice in 1978. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and the Arkansas State Dental Hygienists’ Association. Jane enjoys working with our caring team and helping patients achieve their long-term dental goals. She is married with two daughters and two granddaughters. In her spare time, Jane cycles and takes daily walks. She also likes to sew and devote time to her church and her family.

Jennifer Weaver, registered dental hygienist, entered the field of dentistry in 1986 and has been a hygienist since 1992, when she earned her BS degree in dental hygiene from the University of Arkansas School for Medical Sciences. While in school, Jennifer was on the Dean’s List. Jennifer joined our staff in 1998. She enjoys our team camaraderie and appreciates Dr. Becker’s skill and expertise. Jennifer takes great pleasure in giving patients’ beautiful smiles and healthy mouths. Jennifer and her husband, Randall, have four children, including twins. She enjoys riding motorcycles and horses, relaxing at the lake, boating, skiing, and fishing.

Shanna Douglas, registered dental assistant, has been a team member since 2002. Her dental career began in 1993. A native of Fort Smith, Shanna graduated from Westark Community College. One of her greatest professional pleasures is sharing in a patient’s excitement upon achieving a beautiful, healthy smile. Shanna and her husband, Billy, have one daughter. When not at the office, Shanna likes to cook, garden, and shop.

Tammy Young, registered dental assistant, arrived at our practice in 2008 after beginning her dental career in 1994. She is a member of the Arkansas State Dental Assistants Association. Tammy stays current with advances in her field to deliver leading-edge care. She loves our close-knit team and working together to give patients personalized service and the best of modern dentistry. Tammy and her husband have one daughter, two sons, and one granddaughter. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys outdoor activities, including riding motorcycles, camping, boating, and hiking. She also likes to read and listen to all types of music.
